Modern Slavery Statement

Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement

SECURICO Guard Services is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all its forms, both within our business and across our supply chains.

Last updated: June 2026

Our commitment

This statement is made in line with the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. SECURICO Guard Services Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships.

Our business and supply chains

SECURICO provides SIA-licensed manned guarding, mobile patrols and related security services across the United Kingdom. Our supply chain includes recruitment, uniform and equipment suppliers, training providers and subcontracted personnel where required.

Our policies

We operate a range of policies that reflect our commitment to acting ethically and lawfully:

  • Recruitment and right-to-work verification for every employee
  • BS 7858 screening and vetting of all security personnel
  • A whistleblowing policy enabling staff to raise concerns confidentially
  • An equal opportunities and anti-discrimination policy
  • Fair pay practices, including compliance with National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage requirements

Due diligence

We undertake due diligence when considering new suppliers and subcontractors, and we review existing relationships on an ongoing basis. This includes assessing the risk of modern slavery and requiring suppliers to confirm their own compliance with relevant legislation.

Training and awareness

We raise awareness of modern slavery risks among our management and staff, so that they can identify and report potential signs of exploitation, both in our own workforce and in the environments where our officers operate.

Reporting concerns

Anyone with concerns about modern slavery in connection with our business can contact us in confidence at info@securicoguards.co.uk or by phone on 029 2002 7527. Concerns may also be raised with the relevant authorities.
